Hi, I’m Karolina!

I didn’t start in interiors — I started in numbers.

With a background in finance and years in international corporate environments, I learned to think strategically, work within structure, and focus on results. Alongside that, I was building my own path in real estate — investing, designing, and managing rental properties.

That’s where everything came together.

Creating these homes from scratch taught me how to design spaces that don’t just look good — they work. They attract the right people, rent faster, and deliver strong results, all within budget.

Originally from Poland, my journey took me to Australia and eventually to the Netherlands, which I now call home. Throughout it all, one thing remained constant: a deep interest in how spaces influence the way we feel and live.

Because a home is never just about how it looks — it’s about how it feels.
