This is our starting point. Based on the information you provide, I carry out a detailed analysis of the interior to prepare for our meeting. During the consultation, you’ll learn the space’s strengths and weaknesses. I’ll present a colour analysis, suggest changes to the functional layout if needed, and define a clear direction for the makeover – everything to meet the expectations of your target client.

SHOPPING PROJECT
Do you need my support in the next stages of home staging? No problem! Right after the consultation, I prepare a shopping list of all the items to purchase – complete with store links and clear instructions on where each element should be placed in the space.
You can style the interior yourself using the shopping list and the moodboard (an inspiration board). Shopping with a ready-made list is easy and enjoyable – but if you’d like me to handle it for you, I’m happy to help.

STYLING & PHOTO SHOOT
Styling and the photo shoot are the final stage of home staging. I’ll come to your property to refine every last detail of the final look. All purchased items will be arranged professionally so the space is visually appealing and presents beautifully during the photo session, which we’ll do together with a photographer.
I recommend this service to anyone who wants to “polish the diamond” before listing their property photos.

FULL-SERVICE HOME STAGING
This is a complete home staging service—from the interior analysis, through shopping and implementing changes, all the way to the photo shoot. You don’t have to worry about a thing—I organise product transport from stores, furniture assembly, repair and renovation work, styling for the photo session, and de-staging afterwards.
